- Carmen Catering: tools for capturing and managing catering leads and menu sharing.
- Carmen Phone: call handling and messaging workflows for restaurants.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including without limitation: interfering with normal operation, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display such content as necessary to operate the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Some features (including Carmen Catering and Carmen Phone) may offer informational SMS/text messages (the Texting Program). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive texts related to your request (e.g., menu links, hours/directions, order/catering follow‑ups). Message frequency varies by interaction. Msg & data rates may apply. No purchase is required.

To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. We may send an additional message to confirm your opt‑out. Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier and network availability; we are not liable for delays or failures.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Services may integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., telephony, messaging, analytics). Use of such integrations may be subject to third‑party terms.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
