What is included with Carmen AI?+
Every plan includes the full Carmen platform—an AI-optimized website, automated SEO, direct catering orders, smart lead capture, reviews, marketing follow-ups, daily summaries, and smart call handling. Plans differ only in how you pay, not in what you get.
Which plan should I choose?+
Starter works well if you want a lower monthly fee and are comfortable with a 15% commission on catering orders we provide. Growth lowers that commission to 5% for a higher monthly fee. All-Inclusive is a flat $799/month with no commission on catering orders.
What does the commission apply to?+
Commission rates apply to catering orders that Carmen AI provides to your restaurant—not to your existing walk-in or dine-in business. Membership fees and commissions are billed monthly.
What is the 30-day zero-risk guarantee?+
Growth and All-Inclusive plans include a 30-day zero-risk guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel within thirty (30) days of signing up for a full refund of membership fees paid. Commissions are non-refundable. This guarantee does not apply to the Starter plan.
Do you require any contracts?+
No long-term contracts or commitments. Carmen AI is billed month-to-month and you can change plans or cancel anytime by emailing support@carmenai.co.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Many restaurants start on Starter or Growth and move to All-Inclusive as their catering volume grows with Carmen.
